So I talked my husband into taking us to my favorite place on earth...the beach. We headed to Ocean City, NJ on Tuesday morning and stayed until Saturday. Mom and Dad took a break from the farm to join us from Wednesday to Friday. We had an incredible time! Of course vacation is a little different with two little ones, but we made lots of memories, and the kids were wonderful the whole time! Karli loves the beach, and Dakota decided to nap on the beach every day! I took tons of pictures...way too many to post, but here is a quick glimpse of our week!

The fact that Dakota is smiling makes me think he didn't realize what a dangerous position he was in...Karli does not hang on to him for long!
We had a long trip home, but both agree that it was totally worth all the work...priceless memories:)

man...life is just not fair. if i ATE ice cream every night, even just at the beach, i STILL could not look like you. you look fabulous!! looks like 2 kiddos is going just fine for you! yay. and we are up for swimming anytime. :) mis.
