We had a wonderful Easter weekend! I loved the weather and found it tough to go back to school today. However, it is nice knowing that I only have a few more days to go!
The family headed down to mom and dad's for lunch on Easter. What a beautiful day to be outside at the farm!
My three little ladies. I can't believe how quickly they are all growing up! It seems like just yesterday that Payton was Karli's size...now she is turning into a young lady!

Karli definitely does not have the competitive spirit. She would find an egg, and then she would sit down to slowly open it and examine what was inside.
Taking a break from the hunt to say "Cheese" for Daddy.
My grandpa was able to spend Easter with us. Karli found the Easter egg he was hiding in his pocket:) She loves going to visit "Great Pappy" when she is at my mom's during the week. He always spoils her with candy...just like he used to do for us when we were little!
I am pretty sure that Scott was more excited about Karli's first 4-wheeler ride than Karli was. At first, Karli wanted nothing to do with it, but after Nolan took a ride, she decided to try it. She almost changed her mind when we tried putting the helmet on, but eventually we were able to get a little smile out of her!
My little lady has been asking for a puppy for some time. She thinks she needs one to "throw her sticks to." It doesn't help that everyone she knows has a dog. To make things even more difficult, Jason and Megan's dog just had 12 pups. Karli was able to see them for the first time on Sunday. I continue to tell her that she is going to get a baby brother instead of a puppy, and that seems to work for now....hopefully she is not disappointed!

okay. so she might be a little disappointed, but ...not for long. :) it's obviously been way to long since i have talked to you...i didn't know you were having a boy. so.much.fun. hope these last few days or weeks go by quickly for you...can't wait to hear and see of course. mis.
